Found an alignment in my life that created much of a negative emotion...sacrificing myself for others. If done right..it is the best thing...if not, then no, it isn't...
Felt a connection to Bardock who sacrificed himself to try and save the Saiyans..as God Hanuman, Hindu Monkey god, showed such sacrifice to Lord Rama, that he ripped open his chest to show devotion. At times, bleeding and giving all is still not enough for some people...
many focuses and meanings here...just one of stronger ones...
