My only critique (at least without seeing the reference pic) is that the eyes seem a little bit crossed...but then again, I know that happens with little kids, and since I can't see the reference pic, I don't know if that's just the way they were.
Overall, though, you deserve the Featured Art you got...I admire your patience here!
