I finally submited him...here he is!I'm stepping up and trying out for the position of Demolitions and Explosives Sergeant.

Bio:Skraggs was a citizen of a Fish controlled city and a supporter of High Commander(then Warcheif)Ota.He listened to many of his speeches and felt motivated to join the war.He enlisted into the Fishes military a week before Ota's defied his orders and left the Fishes ranks.When he heard news of this, he went AWOL like many other soldiers and joined Dread Fish.He no longer cares what happens to his former home and allies, he sees the battlefield as his new home and sees his weapons as his only friends.
He hates wearing helmets and believes they only give you a false sense of security. He will only wear them for ceremonies and at the start of a battle(but shorty after its start, he will discard it).
