I really like the way you did the coat - exspecially on the character's left hand side. I really get the impression of a nice bulky coat. The scarf seems a bit odd. Sometimes stongly abstract angles can work, but the wind in this picture would be add a very odd angle. Oh and yes, Winter is a lovely time of year! Possibly the best for clothes- :3
