Got the idea listening to "Mr. Cellophane" from the Chicago soundtrack.
Alternate universe- Rupert J. Watson joined the Omega instead of the Belzec. Gets put into the position of Lt. Commander. Still gets the nickname Bobbert. Macy's the Commander. Star's still the Captain. But this is pretty much how it goes for Bobbert. He works double shifts both on the bridge and in engineering. He's basically neglected. Thus the Cellophane comment.
I know it's sketchy, thats why I colored it the way I did and stuff.
