I was bored and kind of depressed last night so I craved to do some fanart. I've been obsessed with Powerpuff Girls Z and Xenosaga 3 latley so I combined my fandoms.
Blossom's giant ponytail with the bow was excluded because it looked bizzare with the outfit. She looks prettier with her hair down anyways. :3
I feel kind of bad for putting Blossom in the uber-bitch of Xenosaga's clothes. >.>
