Yeah, this is pretty much the final design for this character. How funny; It's only been three months since the submission of my DevID, and there is -CLEAR- improvement. It blows my mind away, honestly.
So, here, I'm tyring new coloring techniques as well. No longer using Dodge/Burn for shading; Using different colors now, rather, and brushing them on.
A couple little notes; The emblem on his shirt? It's nothing more than a symbol for his general spottiness. It's not a LADYBUG (Thank you, Jeff), or a YOSHI EGG (Thank you several people), or even a COOKIE (Thank you, Ozy). It's just a symbol. Nothing more.
Cleared up? Awesome.
And for the record, his hair isn't a mullet; It's just long hair, and it's the way I draw it. Kay? :>

for one it looks like you combined Ty the tasmanian Tiger and Tony the Tiger together and the symbol on his shirt from now on is a mad yoshi that got trapped in his egg, or he's red, W/e
