It just dawned on me that I hadn't posted this yet. I'd originally intended to draw in the background, but changed my mind for the idea of actually attempting to paint one digitally for it when I get the chance to color it. Should be an interesting challenge, pending I find the time. Either way, though, I abandoned the sketchbook this was in a recently, replacing it with a wire-bound one instead. (my prior one was book-bound, and dear GOD those things drive me insane anymore. I'm not sure why, but they just feel too restrictive, alongside constantly having the binding trying to clap the book shut on you while you're drawing .)

at any rate, as the title suggests, it's Matihao Whenua's Alpha Pair, Grimm, and her mate Cravencro, both my creations :) I'm really quite pleased with how they came out. For once my bare feet only look semi-absurd!

You know what I love about this? I love how he's got this gruff face and this "wtf, go away" expression, and yet his eyes are these beautiful expressive things that soften him right up *melts* Erh... I have to say Grimm looks kind of tired in this one, though xD;;
I don't know that I've ever really had a problem with your feet, actually, they look really good imo xD. Kind of expressive on their own, really o.o; The only inkling I had on this one is Grimm's arms - her left fingers aren't pressing down on her right arm very hard, yet her right forearm/elbow area seems to be more prominent than the left forearm, as though she were pressing down hard on it. With the fingers wrapped around loosely like they are, the left forearm is typically more hidden behind the right forearm's muscles. At least... I think. o.o;
