Yes, that is -actually- the new suit. I'm surprised nobody asked about the one I put in the comic, harhar. To get things cleared up, my comic was supposed to be before Ota's.

I remember seeing a different robot design in your comic, I just figured that the old suit was simply your rendition of the Powersuit and that it was modified a little. Interesting to compare the two now that I see this though.
