8 Months of Love!

Hey guys! Finally posting something up again ^^' since I'm unable to currently finish some actual pieces and I felt bad about not posting anything for awhile I opened up this picture in photoshop n' decided to try n' do a quickie for coloring. As always it didn't happen to go like that but this is also the fastest I've ever taken on coloring something and it didn't look half bad either so I'm pretty happy with it :3. If your wondering why the hair isn't colored, well..that was too hard to do since in the original picture I shaded in the hair and I didn't know how I would color it, so I just made it darker so it'd look like her hair is black or something ^^'.

For those of you wondering what this is, this is a picture I drew for my g/f for our 8th month anniversary ^^. She was away at camp at the time and I wrote her a letter and drew this picture at the bottom of it *her campers saw it and she had to tell them I was a guy *. Anyways comments are welcomed! Keep in mind that this is pretty much my first on-my-own coloring I've done *non-cell shaded* with no references to help me ^^'.

EDIT: OMG Thank you guys sooo much for the front page! I know it must not have been up for too long but I'm really happy that it did either way *I'm just sad I missed it ;-;!!* I didn't think I'd ever get frontpage..so I'm really happy, *cries* ;v;!!
