Tiger Sculpture In Progress

This is a pretty good size.. on the large scale end of the pieces I typically create. It measures around seven inches long by four tall.

I'm not sure if anyone would be interested in a sculpture like this, it seems most people are interested in dragons and gryphons. But then once and a while I need to create what /I/ want to create, not what the general public seems to want. This is just a work in progress picture. I'm about ready to bake at this point in the process. You may have seen winged tigers before by me, they have thus far been depicted in paintings. I had thought about doing sculpture based on winged cats and wolves in the past, but I wasnt fully motivated until before Christmas 2006 when a customer suggested I make sculptures like this. I had endeavored to do so after the holidays and I did! I think Ill paint him normal orange and white.
