Just had to do this before going to bed.
This guy is from some kind of royal familly. Members of this familly aren't related by blood but by a tatoo (look at his left cheeck).
At all times the familly consists of 5 members, ranking 1 to 5. The highest possible ranking within the familly is number 5. The number of triangles around the star-tatoo show just how high you are (which would make johnny-boy here number 4).
The familly is extremely powerful and it would be wise not to stand in their way. Their influence is so great that a new leader for any country can't be chosen without their approval. Other benifits include free-of-charge unicorn and chimera riding, a huge discount on teleportation traveling (it's rumored that they actually get their share of the profits for teleportation traveling, but no one knows for sure) and ofcourse free tea wherever you go.
In theory it's pretty easy to become a member; one of the existing members just has to die and after that you just have to get the approval of the remaining members. However, if you turn out to be the cause for the death then you will be punished. With death :)
The scene shown above is Johnny-Boy joining the familly at rank 4. He actually managed to kill the former number 4 without anyone noticing and is currently planning on assassinating number 5. Hoosha.
