No I wasn't 'emo' when I made this. -___-
I had a artist's block for a while; I'm still having my writer's block. But I came up with this little wallpaper with the inspiration of Yuki Hayabusa's picture. Her artwork is stunningly beautiful. I like the overall look and colors of the picture. Just the text annoy me the most. I hate trying to make it work, so I left the blending option on normal.
Any tips for making the text not stand out? I like the font. Just the lightness and stuff seems too bold.
Update - Lawl, I screwed around with the text some more. Come up with this. Looks a BIT better but NOT a whole lot. ;(

None of the blending drop downs worked either? I usually always fool around with those and find something that works out in the end. But text is hard. I only have one Picture that i've recently done with text, and even then i struggled with it. Not sure what advice or tips to give on this subject...maybe try a color that blends a little better then try the blending options? Also, if you use photoshop then there's that little 'F' button. Try beveling it, or even adding a gradiant overlay. Those are the only suggestions i can give...
