about the picture: nice, but the eyes don't really fit and some round edges are a little too pointy in my opinion, further I think psyduck belongs here and not vulpix^^

Misty was always my favorite character in Pokemon, and I really like how you portrayed her here ^^ To offer a little bit of critique though, her torso looks a little wonky to me - like it's either too long or something about the shape. Other than that though, it's really good *faves*
