Tech stuff: Done with coloured pencils and pastels chalks in aprox. 4 hours. This is going to appear in the papu photo project book (my first publication!), and maybe also in the international exhibition (yay!!).

The eyes are amazing, you can really see the intensity in them. Actually the whole piece says to me intensity.. I really like the choice in colours, very strong indeed. It is a powerfully drawn submission, truely capturing so much emotion.

wow very good work! The colors are very good, the red in contrast to her green eyes and the jewellery-thingy is very detailed. it looks very realistic, especially the skin colors, only her eyebrows look alittle weird. awesome work!

I really like the choice in colours, very strong indeed. I am not sure what the Duniya foundation is, but I assume it is to go for helping them in india with poverty or something. (will possibly read up later) In any case, this is a powerfully drawn submission. You have truely captured so much emotion in this one.

That is really amazing! Out of curiosity, is your model from the area around Afghanistan or Pakistan? I ask because she reminds me a lot of that wonderful National Geographic picture with the green-eyed girl. I love the richness of the colors here, all the way from the hue of the skin to the eyes to the veil itself, and the smoothness of the shading...heck, I just love it all!
