Chapter One
The Rough Beginning
"Once long ago,there was a young man who had fallen in love with the princess of Japan.But a woman who was jealous of the princess,cursed the man and all of his desendents that if they said I love you to the prince or princess of Japan they would turn into dust.Lena,the desendentof the woman who had cursed your great,great grandfather is in Japan,plus you must escort the prince back to Japan.Here is a picture of the prince,"said Lena's grandmother.
"Yes I know,grandma.You've been telling me this story since I was 13,"complained Lena,now looking at the picture."Hold the phone!"
"What phone?"asked her grandmother.
"No,it's a figure of speach.It means hold on a minute.Anyway I know this boy.He goes to my school.His name is Haru.Man he's cute,"said Lena.
All of a sudden there was a voice coming from the hallway.
"Who's cute?"yawned Nick,Lena's younger brother."And can I go with you?"
"NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!"yelled Lena."AND NO OF COURSE YOU CAN'T!"
"It's a boy from Lena's school named Haru,and of course you can go,"smiled their grandmother.
"But......."started Lena.
"NO BUTS YOUNG LADY!"yelled their grandmother.
"Y-Yes m-ma'am,"whimpered Lena,now feeling the size of a grain of rice.
"Now that that's settled,"said their grandmother,"I've already packed your bags.Nick,yours contains a change of clothes,a cell phone,a bow and arrow set,and portible video games."she whispers to Lena."Your going to need those video games."
"So what's in mine?"asked Lena.
"Your's contains a sword,a cell phone,a change of clothes,and some credit cards,"said their grandmother."Oh...and I almost forgot.Here Lena,this is the stuart of your father."
As she said this a small spark of light apeared on the shoulder of Lena.The spark soon turned into a small person with wings.
"She's very beautiful,grandma,"said Lena,now looking at her grandmother."So what's her name?"
"Her name is Clair.She will also send letters between us."said their grandmother.
"So is that it?'Cause I'm ready to go,"said Nick and Lena in unison.
"Yes it is.Now go get the prince and return him to Japan.Bye-bye now,"said their grandmother,now lierally pushing them out the door.
"Bye grandma,"said Lena and Nick.
A/N:Now they are on the way to Haru's house to get him and take him to Japan.The only question is will Haru go willingly?See you soon in the next chapter of The Prince Protecter.
