This is Riven, who's a kind of thug for hire. He'll beat anyone up if you pay him the right amount. However, he will tell the person he's about to turn into a punching bag who sent him, and for a fee, will go back and return the favour x3
Is known as River because his old gang leader named him so. Thought it made Riven look cooler with the title of 'The Wild River' x3
He's smart, and just seems to...exist. He drifts through life and often seems aloof and quite un-emotional. How Elliot knows him is beyond me, but they do. River has that kind of charisma that people will flock too, even if he doesn't want them to.
Call him River or Riven, he doesn't really care.
