I very much like this character, though I don't have any idea what you're using him for. Awesome work on the design, the clothes and daggers in particular look especially spiffy.
I like it. The way he leans forward is cool and I love the deadly and slender appearance of the knives. The cloth folds on the left arm look kinda wonky, and the left hand looks odd.
Also, his lower body seems a little too low and a little too big compared to the rest of the body. I mean, you look at the upper body and it's awesome, but then you look at the lower one and the head suddenly looks like a peanut in comparison.
