Parris the parrot.... a spirit of a dead parrot in human form is what Parris is like Karasu. Parris challenges Karasu to a beauty contest.

Parris: Nothing to say, huh? I thought you'd be jealous of my new look. An ugly bird like you doesn't deserve to be as pretty as me.
Karasu: ...
Parris: That's what I thought. Considering most of the humans love the parrots beauty and intelligence! I CAN SPEAK HUMAN!
Karasu: Actually, PARROT! CROWS are more smarter than parrots... we can solve complex problems.. and stuff. I saw it on a box in a human's house.
Parris: Oh, you can't beleive a box, they can't talk. What nonsense!
Karasu takes Parris to see the talking box (called a TV)
Parris: ...
Karasu: Now look who has nothing to say. (Mr. prettymous girly pants)
and besides, a crow's black feathers are beautiful, they can reflect colors that make us look even more beautiful. (like my long black hair.)
Parris: ...Well your eyes are ugly!
Parris runs off, waiting at the beauty contest stage.
