Reindeer Tart

This was originally intended to be a regular tart with raspberries but the fruit was spoiled. So. . .I had to improvise! Honestly, I think this works better than my original plan. It's more holiday-ish.
An almond crust, laced with Kahlua coffee liguor on the bottom of the crust. Then a slather or strawberry jam and encased in a pure chocolate crust. Decorating (and adding extra flavor) is a reindeer sugar cookie and some chopped white chocolate emulating snowflakes.

I hope my uncle enjoys eating it :3 I'm really proud of myself, as you can tell from the overdescriptive description Oh, and before anyone asks. Sheezy demands anything containing booze must be marked as "mature" that's why it's marked that way.
