A silly Flash I wipped up in a few hours
I was watching this super silly cutscene in Clone High where Gandhi wants George Washington Carver to say SAY WHAAAAAT in a goofy way.
So I got this idea of making Slash and Jam from Snowboard Kids say it
Why? Because I am silly and I have the tools to do so. That's why!
