I really like this piece. The colouring is beautiful. The lighting and textures and are great, almost has an underwater feel, although don't know if that's what you were going for or not :]
I think maybe the angle of his face is a little bit off and perhaps looks a little flat or out of proportion with the rest of his head. If you fix that I think it would look very effective.
I think it also might look stronger if you remove the computer text and have the image fade to black at the bottom instead, cause I think it takes away from the piece a bit. Although that's just my opinion :p
