The last of the three, Raikou represents the yin of the legendary trinity, never happy about anything is one of his dark comforts, as well as tormenting lesser mortals and disagreeing with everything that Suicune says.
That's the most pathetic outfit I ever saw on a Raikou... it looks ridicolous and funny ^^
And that is why I'm happy, cause I didn't like Raik in PokeMon since I never caight him ^^
