This is the colored version of my year old drawing centaur archer. i haven't done many drawings lately and i remember how proud i was of this drawing, and now i'm proud of the painting lol. it's probably my fav thing i've ever done, perhaps the best. it was done for ImagineFX, a U.K. magazine.

Wow that's completely painted? The centaur itself looks like it might've been done in photoshop or something. I love the dramatic lighting from above, it gives it a great feeling. The background is wonderful too! It's so majestic and mystifying. I love it! I'll have to put this into my favorites.
If you don't mind questions or critisism.
The horse body is at a 1/3 view and then her arms are at a side view. I just don't think I see enough twisting in the stomach to match the position of the arms. I think that's the only thing that throws me off. Other than that it is beautiful.
Keep up the good work and I hope you can get inspiration to draw more.
